With simple do-it-yourself construction, these roof systems can be bolted and erected quickly using a one size nut and bolt. Each metal roof system is prefabricated for easy installation.
The Quonset roof provides interior clear span workable space that is not present in pole or beam style buildings. One hundred percent of the space can be utilized under the roof. Archcore provides the customer with easy-to-follow installation manuals to make the installation process simple and straightforward.
Most popular metal roof systems are attached to concrete walls and shipping containers. The only requirement of our roof system is that it is attached to a minimum concrete wall width of 8-10 inches. This safely allows our building enough space to rest upon the wall.
Our roof systems can also attach to 10’, 20’,40’ and 45’ shipping containers. They can be bolted or welded into place using our special container adaptor. The benefits of using the shipping container include low-site prep costs, do-it-yourself construction and fast assembly which saves thousands compared to conventional construction.
